Vision and Mission

Pennies for Education and Health (PEH) empowers disadvantaged children of the developing world with education and health care. PEH also provides for the health care needs of these children and their families through the efficient and effective distribution and provision of donated medical supplies and other resources.

Our women's empowerment program aims to teach widowed, divorced and neglected women employable skills, in addition to the basic life skills needed to support their families.

Our programs extend to all people regardless of faith, gender or ethnicity.

Our goal moving forward is to increase the sponsorship of new students by 250 students per year.

Over the years, thanks to the efforts of numerous volunteers, both in the United States and in India, the donor sponsorship has been able to grow and develop to the point where it has now supported the educational needs of over 6,800 students from pre-primary school through college.

Driven by a commitment to make the world a better place for a future generation, and with people like you, PEH enables these children and individuals a chance to realize their potential and help break from the vicious cycle of poverty by tackling the root causes.
